Learn how to safely manage, comfort and redirect your dog in situations wherein he/she is displaying fear/anxiety/reactivity/aggression.
This is a semi-private class structure, where you will be working in the presence of 1-2 other dogs/handlers, while receiving coaching/training from two certified trainers/behavior specialists. Each new dog to the program (any dog which has not already met with and been cleared by the staff in some other session, such as a private lesson) will be scheduled a 15 minute meet and greet with the course instructors prior to their first practical session. If the instructors deem the dog unfit for the practicum sessions, a refund of $350 can be arranged and one-on-one private sessions may be arranged.
$600 for the complete package of orientation/human training and 3 lessons. Coupons cannot be applied to this class.
1 Orientation Session: This 90 minute session will be without the dogs and is required before participation in the practicum sessions with the dogs. This is a comprehensive information/human training session, where we will discuss all of the ins and outs surrounding FAS dogs and how we can start setting them up for success and pave the road to creating calmer, happier dogs.
3 semi-private practicum sessions with your dog: Each session is one hour and limited to 3 dogs per class. While this is a “classroom” setting, these sessions are semi-private lessons under the guidance of two qualified instructors. These sessions must be completed within 8 weeks from time of orientation.
Online access to homework and notes.
